  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • If any item is out of stock or there are any delays, you will be notified immediately.

We use trusted local courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Our delivery partners include TCS, Leopards, and other reputable services.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Delivery: Available for certain regions for faster processing, typically delivered within 1-3 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over PKR 5,000.

  • For orders below PKR 5,000, a small shipping fee will be added based on the delivery location.

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, and you will be able to review them before confirming your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery directly through the courier service’s website.

  • Urban Areas: Orders to major cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

  • Rural Areas: Delivery to remote areas may take 5-7 business days or more, depending on the location.

  • We currently only deliver within Pakistan.
