1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • The return must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Items that have been installed or modified

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards and downloadable products

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve the return request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging (if possible) along with the RA number.

  4. Return the Item: Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. If the item is eligible for a refund, we will proceed with the refund within 7 business days.

5. Refunds

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refund Amount: The refund will be for the amount of the item purchased, minus any shipping or handling charges, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use, is damaged, or is missing parts, we may offer a partial refund or exchange instead of a full refund.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow the return process once it arrives.
